ZeroShieldIT implemented a Windows Server and Active Directory environment for an audit firm operating across two locations. The project established centralized user and computer management, security policies, and the core server infrastructure required to manage the business environment more consistently.
Challenge
The firm needed a more structured way to manage users, computers, access, and security settings across its IT environment. Managing systems independently made administration more difficult and provided limited centralized control over user accounts and workstation policies.
Work Performed
ZeroShieldIT installed and configured Windows Server infrastructure using Windows Server 2019 and Windows Server 2022 and deployed Active Directory for centralized identity and computer management.
The implementation included Active Directory domain configuration, user and computer account management, security policy configuration, and the supporting Windows Server configuration required for the environment.
Outcome
The firm gained a centralized Windows domain environment for managing users, computers, access, and security settings. Administration could be performed more consistently through Active Directory instead of managing systems independently.
